The Coordinator works with MTSS/Tier 1, 2, 3 facilitators and advanced learning specialists in buildings and their leadership teams through the provision of professional development, technical assistance, and coaching. Essential Job Functions: Continue to monitor and refine district-wide MTSS practices to ensure alignment with best practice, student need, state law, and federal requirements. Train and support school based facilitators and other school personnel to develop, implement, evaluate and sustain MTSS practices by providing evidence based professional development, technical assistance, and coaching strategies. Meet with District and/or School Leadership Teams to assess needs and identify goals for MTSS implementation. Assist in the development of an MTSS system of support framework for grades 6-12. Align professional learning, technical assistance, and coaching to participating district/schools’ Job Requirements At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor degree preferred.
