SALES CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and assist with vehicle selection
Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM systems
Negotiate deals and close vehicle sales
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate customer and sales records

SALES CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Valid driver’s license required

SALES CONSULTANT SKILLS

Strong skills in automotive sales, customer service, relationship building, and closing deals. Experience with lead generation, follow-up, CRM systems, and sales pipelines.

Knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, and dealership process is a plus. Ability to manage customer interactions, overcome objections, and drive sales performance in a competitive environment.
