Senior Accountant | CPG | Hybrid 3 Days

Robert Half is partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products company to add a Senior Accountant to its expanding finance team. This is a newly created position driven by continued business growth and offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing accounting organization where you'll have real visibility and influence.

What You'll Do

• Own key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Reconcile transactions across direct-to-consumer sales channels and marketplaces
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal controls as the company continues to scale
• Assist with audit support and other ad hoc accounting projects

What They're Looking For

• 3-6+ years of accounting experience
• Consumer Products (CPG) experience is required
• Experience accounting for direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, including platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or similar marketplaces
• Strong understanding of the month-end close process and U.S. GAAP
• CPA or progress toward a CPA is a plus
• A collaborative, hands-on professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced growth environment
