To drive organic growth and engagement, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will own the organic strategy, manage the content calendar, and develop viral concepts while collaborating closely with various teams to connect content to sales funnels. Key responsibilities Own and define the organic strategy across multiple social media channels, aligning content with business goals Build and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring timely production and publication of content Develop breakout content concepts based on trends and performance data, while managing deliverables from various teams Required qualifications Proven experience in developing and implementing successful organic social media strategies with measurable results Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Track record of creating breakout content and understanding of audience engagement Experience managing high-performing social media accounts, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Familiarity with chat automation platforms like ManyChat and basic understanding of email marketing and lead magnet strategies
