We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation and delivery operations from our Cranbury, New Jersey location. This is a Long-term Contract position that requires full onsite attendance and a strong focus on coordination, customer communication, and accurate recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at keeping multiple logistics activities running smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts during the week and Saturday hours, to support business and customer service needs.
• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related operations environment preferred.
• Ability to monitor delivery routes, coordinate with drivers, and proactively resolve service-related issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate shipment, delivery, and operational records.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in an onsite setting and adapting to changing business demands and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics, dispatch, or transportation management systems.

• • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and confidence using computer-based systems throughout the workday.
• • Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and completeness.
• • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving logistics setting.
• • Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• • Prior experience in logistics, dispatching, shipping coordination, distribution, or customer service is preferred.
• • Ability to work fully onsite in Dayton, New Jersey.
• • College-level education is preferred.
• • Familiarity with logistics and distribution processes, shipping functions, or customs-related coordination is a plus.
