Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying their strengths and needs to inform treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient circumstances.

• Coordinate care effectively by collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to provide cohesive support to patients.

• Assist patients and their families in navigating complex healthcare systems; educate them on potential diagnoses, treatment alternatives, and medication management.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to express their thoughts and feelings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
