Gather necessary information and documentation for new business applications and client updates. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience from quoting to policy inception. Stay informed about insurance regulations and company policies to provide up-to-date service.
