Job Description 1st and 2nd shift openings available! Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our manufacturing team in a hands-on assembly role. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a structured environment and are comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of basic, repetitive assembly operations under close supervision in a fast-paced production environment. Follow detailed product method sheets, work instructions, and standard operating procedures to accurately complete assigned tasks. Use hand tools, fixtures, and simple machinery to assemble components according to specifications. Conduct routine visual inspections of products to identify defects or inconsistencies and ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, or quality concerns. Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Basic manual dexterity and ability to work with small components. Minimal technical experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
