Work Environment

Your typical work week will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' unique goals and physical requirements, ensuring personalized care.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, focusing on delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Utilize a comprehensive approach to treatment, developing individualized care plans that include manual therapy and exercise prescription tailored to patients' needs.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout the therapy process to optimize their recovery and functional abilities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with regulatory standards using EMR Software, specifically WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to provide comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans based on real-time feedback and outcomes.
• Promote health and wellness benefits by creating tailored fitness and rehabilitation programs that address strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must possess a valid Florida license as a Physical Therapist.
• A strong professional background with no disciplinary actions or board infractions against your license.

• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
