Work Environment

This position will be based onsite within our clients' homes across Cape Coral. We facilitate a dynamic work environment where Physical Therapists engage directly with patients in the comfort of their residences, allowing for personalized therapy that considers each individual's unique living conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations to assess physical capabilities and limitations, diligently interpreting results adhering to licensure regulations.
• Perform detailed chart reviews and engage in thorough data collection that informs treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and interdisciplinary team members to discuss patient histories and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain expertise in understanding a variety of medically complex diagnoses as well as laboratory and radiological results, ensuring care is adapted to contraindications and precautions.
• Demonstrate creativity and efficiency in developing, implementing, and modifying patient-specific treatment programs for a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and other populations.
• Monitor clinical outcomes actively, providing support and guidance to fellow therapists to address challenging outlier cases, ensuring optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of patients, focusing on those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions. Our patient population includes elderly clients requiring mobility assistance, children benefiting from developmental therapies, and individuals with neurological conditions needing specialized rehabilitation. Your ability to adapt treatment approaches based on the patient's living environment and personal goals is vital for enhancing their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
