Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time

$27–$32/hour

Post Rehab is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve functional ability, independence, and confidence through personalized therapy care.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, coordination, mobility, and daily function
• Use therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and functional activities to support resident goals
• Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents throughout the rehab process
• Monitor patient response to treatment and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
