We are seeking a Senior Customer Insights Analyst who will synthesize data across various sources to identify systemic risks and opportunities throughout the practitioner and patient journey. This role involves translating ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations, working directly with modern data warehouses and utilizing AI-assisted tools for insight discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Synthesize data from support, product usage, customer behavior, and workflows.
- Identify systemic risks and opportunities across the practitioner and patient journey.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and recommended actions.
- Use AI-assisted tools for accelerated insight discovery and anomaly detection.
- Evolve VOC from a reporting function into a strategic capability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, insights, BI, or data strategy.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Ability to use data to influence decisions and interpret messy data in context.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in healthcare tech, VOC, AI analytics is a bonus.
