We are committed to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all aspects of our work.Position SummaryThe Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting our team with a wide range of administrative, coordination, and compliance-related tasks. This individual will assist with employee onboarding, safety documentation, office administration, and general operational support to ensure efficient field and office operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation.Issue PPE and other materials for field personnel.Assist with tracking training requirements and certifications.Support HSE department in managing safety documentation and reporting.Coordinate safety meetings, compliance audits, and documentation uploads.Support daily office operations including supply management, filing systems, and equipment maintenance.Manage incoming/outgoing communications, mail, and document control.Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel or logistics.Track operational data, employee schedules, equipment, and logistics as needed.Assist project managers with document preparation and tracking.Support time entry and submittal processes.Provide cross-functional administrative support to field and corporate teams.Continuously improve support processes to enhance operational efficiency.Other duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a related field (oil & gas or construction industry preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingnessWORKING CONDITIONSThis role will involve a mix of office work, training delivery in classroom settings, and travel to field sites.Must be able to work in a dynamic environment that includes interaction with field employees, operations leadership, and external training partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
