What this job involves

This position oversees the administration and optimization of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) facility service request systems and account-level reporting platforms. The role involves ensuring system integrity managing work order processes supporting account teams and delivering comprehensive reporting while maintaining system configurations that align with internal and client objectives.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for the account team on all CMMS-related questions support issues and system requirements
• Managing the Corrigo work order process and data platform with focus on performance management reporting and maximizing system capabilities
• Producing monthly quarterly annual and ad-hoc reports including work order activity scheduled maintenance service level compliance labor reporting project reporting incident reporting and training metrics
• Configuring system notification messages print formats inspection forms and other inbound/outbound communication mechanisms
• Providing new user training advanced user training and feature training to account and client staff as needed
• Maintaining system and user process documentation developing new documentation and updating existing materials
• Managing operations to mitigate risk exploring solutions within existing system capabilities and deploying configured solutions

• Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing CMMS/work order applications Performance Management Data and Analytics
• Demonstrated process orientation and data-driven skill sets
• Above-average aptitude for technology and systems with high proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Superior customer service skills and customer-focused orientation
• Successful completion of felony background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Corrigo platform specifically
• Familiarity with OVID Process and Corrigo Data Governance Process
• Experience developing and deploying inspection forms for building engineering teams
• Knowledge of call center operations and escalation procedures
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative working style
• Background in facility management or building operations
