Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client is critical to foster effective therapeutic relationships, enabling clients to navigate their personal journeys toward improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R is required to practice independently.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with full-time counselors earning between USD 52,000 and 100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to providing above-market compensation.
