Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, subsequently developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, drawing from diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and client-centered approaches.

• Coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure continuity and efficiency in client treatment.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, effectively managing emergency situations and guiding clients to appropriate resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, from children to adults, dealing with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
