Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to support your work-life balance while engaging with patients via telehealth platforms. You will receive support from our outpatient office, with access to advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems and ongoing training to enhance your therapeutic skills. The hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer high-quality individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various mental health concerns.

• Regularly meet with patients to assess their mental health status, understand their challenges, and develop tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will employ culturally competent therapeutic approaches, ensuring each patient feels understood and respected, regardless of their background. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid counseling license (LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) to practice in Maryland.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and commitment to implementing evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Ability to provide both individual and group therapy employing inclusive and culturally responsive strategies.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
