Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position designed for mental health professionals who thrive in flexible work settings. As a full-time counselor, you will enjoy over 30 hours of work each week but can also opt for part-time arrangements with a minimum of 5 hours. Our remote work environment allows you to create your own schedule, making it easier to balance personal and professional commitments while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and engaging online environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults presenting stable, low-acuity mental health concerns, such as stress management, anxiety, and mild depression. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client is essential for effective treatment. The ability to foster trusting relationships will enhance their engagement in therapy and empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current and independent state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD).

• No ongoing disciplinary actions related to your professional licensure.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.

• Reliable high-speed internet access to facilitate smooth virtual counseling sessions.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with hours worked.
