Glenn Industrial Group is seeking experienced and safety-driven professionals to join our commercial diving team. We are currently hiring for two roles: Diving Supervisor and Commercial Diver . Both positions support underwater infrastructure operations across utility, marine construction, and public infrastructure sectors. Applicants must be based in the United States. Diving Supervisor – Full-Time Glenn Industrial Group is seeking an experienced and safety-driven Diving Supervisor to lead commercial diving operations and oversee dive team performance in the field. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant diving operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and teamwork. Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screen and background check Valid Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI) Supervisor Certification Valid CPR and First Aid Certifications Must maintain an approved Diving Physical and be evaluated as Fit for Diving Able to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality and handle sensitive information Able to build and lead effective teams, develop and maintain positive working relationships, and articulate objectives Strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary group and be a team leader Responsibilities: Plan and execute all aspects of the diving operation including responsibility for the safety and health of the dive team Maintain a current ADCI Supervisor Certification Card at all times Remain knowledgeable and familiar with all techniques, procedures, emergency procedures, and operational parameters for the diving mode under direct supervision Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all diving personnel by adhering to all requirements of ADCI, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and OSHA Conduct all operations in accordance with the Glenn Industrial Group Dive Safe Practices and Operations Manual Ensure the safety and quality of work of all divers on crew Exhibit a work ethic that engenders positive energy, creativity, and teamwork among fellow employees Commercial Diver – Full-Time Glenn Industrial Group is seeking skilled Commercial Diver to join our field operations team. You will work on the front lines of underwater infrastructure — supporting intake structures, pipelines, dams, and utility clients nationwide under the direction of a certified Diving Supervisor. Valid ADCI Commercial Diver certification Valid CPR and First Aid Certifications Must maintain an approved Diving Physical and be evaluated as Fit for Diving Must pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screen and background check Must have reliable transportation to and from work Ability to follow direction, work as part of a team, and maintain focus in high-pressure environments Responsibilities: Execute assigned underwater tasks including inspections, welding, structural repairs, and confined space entry Follow all dive safety protocols and Diving Supervisor directives at all times Maintain and care for dive equipment before, during, and after operations Communicate clearly with the Diving Supervisor and surface support team Uphold Glenn Industrial Group safety standards and ADCI compliance requirements on every job #J-18808-Ljbffr Glenn Industrial Group LLC
