Parts and Service Clerk - Reno

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, to include but not limited to local parts sales, service invoicing, and more.
• Assists with local system administrative activities, such as employee and asset data entry.
• Coordinates receiving activities by storing and stocking materials in their proper locations while ensuring system accuracy.
• Ensures inventory accuracy by conducting frequent cycle counts and material aging assessments.
• Completes daily data entries in customer secondary software.
• Supports local and organizational leadership with end of month activities. To include, but not limited to inventory reports, productivity, and invoicing summaries.
• Assists leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required.
• Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site specific authorities.
• Maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the general office appearance.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Years of Experience: 2 or More Years of Relevant Experience required.
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Salesforce required. Previous experience with customer secondary systems preferred.
• Additional Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport issued ID Badge.
