Step into the heart of production

Picture your day starting with a safety check, a quick review of the job ticket, and a walkover to your machine—whether it's a slitter, a press brake, or a comparable production unit. You verify measurements against the blueprint, stage material, and run your first piece to spec. Mid-morning, you perform a changeover—tearing down the previous setup and dialing in the next job—before loading the next batch and keeping product moving. Throughout the shift, you log basic data in the computer, inspect output, and keep the floor organized and safe.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $19–$21 per hour
• Shifts available:
  • 1st (Mon–Fri)
  • 2nd (Mon–Fri)
  • 3rd (Sun–Thu)
  • 12-hour (Days)
  • 12-hour (Nights)

What you'll handle

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as slitter, press brake, or similar machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints/drawings ; use a tape measure accurately to 1/16"
• Perform job changeovers: tear down prior setup and complete new setups
• Load and unload materials and finished product safely
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues; apply strong mechanical aptitude
• Work on your feet—standing and walking for extended periods
• Consistently lift up to 50 lbs
• Use basic computer skills for simple data entry and reporting
