Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager AI Governance to support and administer the enterprise architecture review and governance process. This role will focus on the coordination, facilitation, and continuous improvement of the architecture review process while partnering closely with Solution Architects, Technology Risk, Compliance, Security, Cloud Engineering, and other technology domain leaders.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical project management and stakeholder management skills, along with a solid understanding of enterprise architecture, technology concepts, and asset management. The candidate should be comfortable working across technical and business teams, identifying the appropriate stakeholders, and ensuring that architecture and technology considerations are properly represented throughout the review process.

Required

• 5 10 years of experience in technical project management, technology program management, IT governance, enterprise architecture coordination, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience administering or coordinating enterprise architecture, technology governance, architecture review, or similar governance processes .
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and broad technology concepts , including the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with Solution Architects, Technology Risk, Compliance, Security, Cloud Engineering , or similar technical and governance teams.
• Strong understanding of technology asset management and the ability to identify how technology assets and domains may be impacted by business initiatives.
• Proven ability to connect business requirements to technology impacts and ensure the appropriate technical stakeholders are involved.
• Experience facilitating meetings involving senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reviews, priorities, dependencies, and action items simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA three days per week .

Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI governance, AI risk management, or responsible AI initiatives.
• Experience working with an Enterprise Architecture Review Board (EARB) or similar architecture governance board.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or another highly regulated environment .
• Familiarity with **cloud architecture, cybersecurity, technology risk, compliance, and enterprise technology
