Contract Specialist

Supporting project coordination in a remote environment, the full-time Construction Contracts Specialist will manage contract requests, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain contractual documentation while collaborating with project teams and clients. Key responsibilities: Implement and maintain contract tracking processes and policies Develop relationships with client contract management and procurement personnel Oversee Service Level Agreement compliance and coordinate cost management activities Required qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience in contract administration within a corporate environment Preferred certifications include Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) Strong understanding of contracting processes, regulations, and terms Experience in design/construction gained through industry work or internships Ability to analyze and negotiate contract requirements effectively
