As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing high-quality food services that cater to their individual needs and preferences. Responsibilities: Assist with meal preparation, food service, and sanitation in the dietary department Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and food allergies Assist with resident lunches, snacks, and tray service Collaborate with the dietary staff to plan and prepare special meals and events for residents Ensure a clean and safe environment in the dietary department, adhering to infection control protocols Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives About the Role: At Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging among our residents.
