Short-form Video Editor
Quippy
Quippy (YC F26) is a daily practice room for the conversations people dread. You pick a real situation, like disagreeing with your manager or starting a conversation at a party, rehearse it with a realistic scene partner by voice or text, and get honest, line-by-line feedback on what landed. The app is live on the App Store. You will turn raw footage, screen recordings, and user stories into short videos people stop scrolling for. You will work closely with the marketing lead and see how every video performs within hours. What you will work on Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Grab attention in the first second and keep people watching to the end Turn app footage and user stories into clips that are clear, funny, or moving Test formats quickly and learn from the numbers You might be a fit if You have a portfolio of short videos that did well You edit fast and know the trends without copying them You care about pacing, captions, and sound You can take feedback and deliver a new version the same day Why join now A founding role with shares in the company You work directly with Jonathan, the founder What you build reaches real users within days A small team in San Francisco, backed by Y Combinator Full-time. San Francisco preferred, remote work possible. Competitive salary and stock in the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
