Virtual Policy Support Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Virtual Policy Support Specialist based in the United States.

This is a fully remote, entry-level opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys helping people and building meaningful client relationships. You will provide virtual support to clients with policy service requests, benefits information, and general account needs. The role combines customer service, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management in a flexible work-from-home environment. No prior insurance experience is required, making this a strong opportunity for candidates beginning a new career or transitioning from another client-facing field. Accountabilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and other virtual communication platforms to provide timely and professional support.
• Assist clients with policy service requests, benefits information, and general questions.
• Explain relevant information clearly and help clients navigate their available policy and benefit services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professionalism, trust, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up.
• Provide a high standard of customer service across every client interaction.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and relevant service information.
• Respond to client needs with strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
• Apply newly developed product, service, communication, and problem-solving skills to improve the client experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a remote environment while taking personal responsibility for assigned work and client commitments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must currently live in the United States.
• Must have access to a computer or laptop suitable for remote work.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Webcam and microphone capability for virtual meetings and training.
• Quiet, professional workspace appropriate for client interactions.

• No prior insurance experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided.
