Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health status, utilizing both standardized tools and personal interviews.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based practices, creating safe spaces for clients to express themselves and share experiences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social factors affecting our clients’ lives.
