What You’ll Do Participate in a paid Dealer Training Class and learn the fundamentals of casino dealing Develop the skills needed to deal Blackjack and other table games Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Learn gaming procedures, game protection techniques, and operational standards Build confidence in managing table games in a fast-paced casino environment Prepare for a rewarding career as a dealer at The Brook Audition Information Monday, 10/26: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Tuesday, 10/27: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Learn what it takes to become a casino dealer through an introductory dealer training class Explore the fundamentals of Blackjack and table game operations Paid training while you learn ( up to $1,900 ) State license fees paid by employer Training pay: $15/hour Class Schedule Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Approximately 32 hours per week ($480 per week) Over $1,900 available for 3 weeks of training 3 weeks of training for Blackjack and pit games Additional paid orientation and on-the-job training ( $15/hour) Class Start Date Monday, 11/2/2026

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
