The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.The Sr. Director, Treasury Ops, A&D is a senior finance leadership role responsible for overseeing treasury operations, governance, and execution related to acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring liquidity, capital efficiency, and risk management while supporting DePuy Synthes’ growth strategy and operational separation as a standalone organization. The position partners closely with executive leadership, Corporate Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external stakeholders to deliver disciplined financial outcomes in a complex, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for treasury operations supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex transactions, ensuring alignment with enterprise financial strategy.Oversee global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, funding structures, and banking relationships.Lead treasury‑related due diligence, integration, and separation activities in partnership with Finance, Tax, Legal, and business leadership.Establish and maintain strong governance, controls, and compliance across treasury processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Manage financial risk exposures, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risk, and develop mitigation strategies as appropriate.Drive continuous improvement in treasury systems, processes, and reporting to enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision‑making.Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing treasury operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations on capital structure, liquidity, and transaction‑related matters.Qualifications:EducationRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree in finance or business.Experience and Skills:Required:12-14 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, typically 12+ years, with demonstrated senior‑level leadership responsibility.Proven experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large‑scale corporate transactions.Deep knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams in a global, matrixed organization.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.Preferred:Experience within MedTech, healthcare, or another highly regulated global industry.Prior experience supporting corporate separations or standalone operating models.Strong understanding of global banking structures and treasury systems.Track record of driving process transformation or systems modernization within treasury.Experience working closely with external financial institutions and advisors.Other:Languages: English required.Travel: Domestic and international travel as needed (approximately up to 25%).Certifications: CPA, CFA, CTP, or similar professional certifications preferred.Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States.For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit .Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
