About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Community Development and Market Engagement. This role is pivotal in leading the strategy and execution of community engagement, events, sponsorships, and school partnerships across multiple markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing a comprehensive, market-facing approach that enhances the company's brand presence, trust, and growth outcomes. This includes translating enterprise priorities into locally relevant strategies, ensuring community investment is intentional and measurable, and maintaining a strong, authentic, and consistent brand presence. The VP will also serve as the primary external brand representative, building and sustaining executive-level relationships with various community and business leaders. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in community development, marketing, business development, or public relations, with a proven track record in leading multi-market or regional community engagement strategies. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a valid driver's license must be maintained. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans, strong financial budgeting skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. The VP will also be responsible for leading a team of community and events specialists, so experience in team management and a community-first mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strong influencer, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a culture of engagement and collaboration.
