Roofing Service Manager Summary

The Commercial Roofing Service Manager is the heartbeat of the CentiMark’s Customer Experience . Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining schedule, update, coordinate services of commercial roofing projects
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable            
• Thorough planning & project execution
• Effective leak and repair solutions
• Communication

Roofing Service Manager Requirements

• Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, SPF
• Minimum 3 years commercial roofing experience
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) 
• Strong organization skills and high attention to detail 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
