We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in analytics. This role requires someone who can bridge product strategy with data-driven insights, working closely with stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has previously worked in retail, and started their career as an analyst before moving into product management.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute product strategy while leveraging strong analytical skills to guide decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, business, and design) to develop scalable product solutions.
• Translate complex data into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Drive feature prioritization, intake clarity, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with global teams (including India-based engineering teams) and adjust to flexible meeting hours when needed.
• Deliver measurable impact on key areas such as inventory, supply chain, personalization, and item lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
• Prior analyst background with demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and translate insights into product outcomes.
SQL, Python, and data mining experience
• 5+ years of Product Management experience (preferably with eCommerce, retail, or supply chain products).
• Strong technical and data skills: SQL, Tableau, Excel, and data modeling.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex topics to business and technical audiences.
