Senior Associate - Securitization Finance

Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior associate with expertise in structured finance and securitization for its Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience, particularly in lender-side private trade receivables securitization and related areas. Duties Advise on structured finance transactions involving trade receivables and related assets. Collaborate with banks, funds, and financial institutions on securitization deals. Engage in cross-border financing and off-balance sheet structuring. Draft and negotiate intercreditor arrangements and trade credit insurance agreements. Requirements Minimum of five years of relevant experience in structured finance and securitization. Experience with trade receivables monetization and supply-chain finance preferred. U.S. qualified lawyer practicing from the U.S. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the United States. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex transactions and cross-border matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
