Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Charlotte, NC office to join the Structured Finance and Securitization Team within the Financial Services practice. The role involves representing issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance term and warehouse transactions. Duties Represent issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance transactions. Engage in term and warehouse transactions within the financial services sector. Requirements Three to four years of transactional experience, ideally with structured finance and/or securitization transactions. Excellent academic performance. Strong interpersonal skills. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Education Law Degree. Certifications Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
