Senior Electrical EngineerSalary: $$ 100000 - $$ 130000 per yearLocation: Mankato, MinnesotaThis job can also be located in Alpharetta, GAJob DescriptionYou'll own the full product development lifecycle from initial concept through production release for new electronic and electrical products, while also driving improvements to existing ones. This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership and variety. Core responsibilities include:Leading innovative electronic/electrical design from concept to production, including schematic creation, prototyping, and design iterationBuilding and managing project timelines, budgets, and quality targets independentlyDesigning, fabricating, and evaluating rapid and conventional prototypes for performance and reliabilityWriting product specifications, test plans, and verification documentationConducting feasibility studies, competitive testing, and design qualificationsTroubleshooting complex electrical/electronic issues during development and post-productionGenerating Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintaining complete engineering documentationCollaborating cross-functionally with manufacturing, operations, and outside suppliers on tooling, assembly, and capacity planningQualificationsEducation:BSEE, BSET, or equivalentExperience: 5+ years in electrical design engineering, ideally in consumer productsStrong command of schematic reading and design tools (simulation, analysis, CAD)Hands-on experience taking products from napkin sketch to manufacturable designSolid grasp of financial modeling and NPD processesA creative problem-solver with sharp analytical instincts and clear communication skillsThe Bottom Line: If you like owning projects end-to-end, working across the full stack of hardware development, and seeing your designs go from bench to shelf this role delivers that.Relocation included.This job can also be located in Alpharetta, GAWhy is This a Great Opportunity:You'll own the full product development lifecycle from initial concept through production release for new electronic and electrical products, while also driving improvements to existing ones.
