This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to contribute to a growing company, by leveraging their expertise in lead generation, office space planning, workplace solutions, interior solutions, furniture, fixtures & equipment, and office systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support for projects. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, the Sales Administrator will be a key player in driving our business growth and success. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and coordinate all sales activities, ensuring smooth operations and maximum productivity. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Utilize your expertise in lead generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales projects, ensuring all activities are effectively coordinated and completed on time. Leverage your knowledge of office space planning, workplace solutions, and interior solutions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Manage and maintain office systems, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure an optimal working environment. Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and projects. Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing valuable insights into sales performance and areas for improvement. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and decision‑making. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role within the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in lead generation, sales strategy development, and project administration. Strong knowledge of office space planning, workplace solutions, interior solutions, furniture, fixtures & equipment, and office systems. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple sales activities and projects effectively. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
