Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently within the internal systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate quotes and enter data into ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for clients within the industrial manufacturing industry.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

• 3-5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and CRM platforms.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with both internal teams and external customers.
• Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office tools.
• An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.
• Understanding of commercial terms, order processing, and customer lifecycle.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
