At Webco, our Inside Sales Representatives are the heartbeat of our customer experience. In this role, you'll manage key accounts, support sales growth, and ensure our customers receive the responsive, high-quality service we're known for.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customersresponding quickly and professionally to inquiries
• Process and manage orders with accuracy, partnering with production and shipping teams
• Support outside sales by following up on leads and strengthening customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and proactive service
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, positive experience
• Maintain accurate customer data and activity in our CRM system

What You Bring

• Experience in sales, customer service, or an inside sales role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive mindset with a focus on solving problems and delivering results
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial products is a plus
