Job Title:
Head of Sales – Cybersecurity Startup (US-Based)Location: United States (Remote)
Our client, a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup, is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead their sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a background in early-stage cybersecurity startups with a strong focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Experience in selling Managed Detection and Response (MDR) products and solutions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the sales strategy for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) products and solutions.
Lead and scale the sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Work closely with product, marketing, and solutions teams to refine messaging and align GTM strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Own sales targets, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure company goals are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role within early-stage cybersecurity startups.
Strong expertise in selling Managed Detection and Response (MDR) products and solutions.
Experience with go-to-market strategies and driving sales growth in a high-growth environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
