Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.07 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 09:00 PMTue01:00 PM - 09:00 PMWed01:00 PM - 09:00 PMThur01:00 PM - 09:00 PMFri01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location. Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, checking in guests, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining front desk logs in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Answer phones, greet incoming personnel, and support front desk operations by providing directions, handling routine inquiries, and reporting unusual activity. Observe entry areas and loading or office access points from the front desk and report security‑related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
