The Project Manager oversees all aspects of construction projects from planning and material ordering through completion and remains the point person for all project related issues. The Project Manager must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sincere passion for customer service. Project Manager Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee re-roofing and other exterior projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with the sales team to review project details, including scope of work, materials, and customer expectations. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals. Coordinate and allocate resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to support efficient project execution. Ensure proper inventory management of roofing materials and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing installations meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any deficiencies promptly. Conduct regular safety meetings, provide training to team members, and maintain documentation of safety procedures and incidents. Stay updated on industry best practices, codes, and regulations related to roofing installations and safety protocols.
