We are seeking a Metal Fabricator to join the dedicated team that builds our trailers.Job SummaryPosition is required to maintain the production of Steel TrailersJob DutiesConstruct and fabricate steel boat trailersWelding Certification requiredEnsure parts are correct to build productBuild jigs and fixtures of all sizes and shapes required in production operationBuild all steel trailers per engineering Blue Prints and DrawingsVersatile in Depts. 7000 7010 7020Assist R&D with welding and fabricating tasks.Maintain a clean work areaAny other duties assignedQualificationsBe able to operate metal working equipmentMig WelderStick WelderCutting TorchMetal Cutting SawsBending and Fabricating EquipmentPlasma CutterElectric HoistsOther Various Tools for Metal WorkingFabricate jigs, trailers and small parts for trailersRead tape measure and levelWork flexible hours if neededLift 75+/- lbs.Work in heatManual dexterityGood quality habitsGood attendance habitsFollow instructions accuratelyComplete work in a timely manner
