This position involves reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, assembling electrical components, panel wiring, troubleshooting systems, and supporting final machine builds. Every machine is customized, providing a unique and hands-on work experience.ResponsibilitiesBuild and wire electrical systems, control panels, and machine assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematicsPerform panel wiring, harness assembly, conduit routing, and electrical terminationsTroubleshoot electrical systems and machine componentsUse multimeters, voltmeters, and other testing equipment to verify functionalityRoute and organize wiring for serviceability and quality standardsSupport machine startup, testing, and final assembly operationsUtilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyFollow safety procedures, quality standards, and lockout/tagout requirementsQualifications2+ years of electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or related manufacturing experienceExperience with electrical wiring, terminations, and assembly workAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsReliable attendance and desire to learn in a team-oriented environmentPreferred QualificationsElectrical apprenticeship or Journeyman Electrician backgroundTrade school or vocational trainingMachine building or custom equipment manufacturing experienceExperience with panel building, conduit bending, and industrial control systemsWhat We OfferStable long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturerClean, temperature-controlled facilityStrong training and advancement opportunitiesCross-training opportunities across multiple departmentsComprehensive benefits package upon conversion401(k) match and excellent healthcare optionsSupportive team environment with experienced mentorsWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a clean manufacturing facility where employees build custom machinery from the ground up.
