Position: HR Assistant
Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Temp-hire

Position Summary
We  are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Human Resources environment, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Essential Responsibilities

• Review employee attendance calls and emails and notify appropriate managers of attendance updates.
• Send candidate regret letters and maintain applicant information in the HR database.
• Review resumes for open positions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates.
• Process background check requests by entering applicant information into the HR system.
• Complete employment verification requests.
• Distribute monthly employee service award pins through interoffice mail.
• Scan, file, and maintain HR documents and personnel records.
• Perform general HR administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Human Resources or administrative support role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
