Based in Matagorda Bay, this position is focused on customer service, reservations, cash collections & reconciliations, prepare deposits and facilitate rentals. How You’ll Contribute Provide outstanding customer service, in person and over the phone. Coordinate customer reservations from third party reservation centers. Facilitate rental of a variety of watercraft and works with customers for facility and site rentals. Collect and count cash deposited at parks in honor boxes. Reconcile revenue received against bank deposits on a daily and monthly basis. Maintain appropriate inventory levels within the retail store. How You’re Qualified Two or more years of experience in providing customer service and operation of an electronic Point-Of-Sale System, preferably in a park or hotel setting or relevant experience. Driver's license How You’ll Stand Out Skill in Microsoft Office. Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision. Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork.
