A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is hiring hands-on problem solvers with sharp diagnostic and repair skills to become full-time HVAC Service Technicians! Join us and help make a positive difference for customers throughout Gainesville, FL.Pay: You'll earn $30.00 - $35.00/hour and receive a $1,000 signing bonus after your first 90 days! As for the schedule, you typically work from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (or until daily calls are finished), Monday through Friday. There is an on-call rotation for emergencies, and additional hours may be required during the summer. Working on residential and commercial equipment, you inspect systems, diagnose the root cause of issues, and perform the appropriate services.
