This facility operates 24/7, and candidates must be open to day or rotating shifts.Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery- Assist with installation and testing of equipment- Maintain maintenance records in CMMS- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsRequired Skills- Experience with PLC systems- Knowledge of AC drives, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics- Familiar with conveyors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment- Ability to inspect and test machineryQualifications- Associate degree in Electronics/Technology OR- Completion of an apprenticeship program OR- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceAdditional Information$7,500 sign-on bonus + relocation assistanceWeekly company performance bonusBright Vision Technologies, we are committed to equal employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive work environment.
