Competitive starting pay of $23.90 per hour, with potential language differential for bilingual candidates. Responsibilities Learn about members, hear them, and understand their situations. Educate members on ways to afford life‑sustaining goals. Provide meaningful, focused, ethical lending solutions. Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with professionalism. Perform advanced transactions including IRAs, CDs, wire transfers and handle disputes calmly. Grow with the organization by staying current on industry trends, products, services and technology advances. Share knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities. Stand shoulder‑to‑shoulder with members and teammates through challenges. Provide excellent face‑to‑face service to members daily. Qualifications Authentic and passionate about helping others. Enjoy learning and seeking a career, not just a paycheck. Understanding of financial products and services similar to a Relationship or Personal Banker. Comfortable recommending and processing financial products such as loans. Experience earning service excellence awards or similar recognitions. Experience in an informal or formal leadership position. Ability to work well with others, even when challenges arise. Innovative, thrives on challenges, embraces change and a fast pace. Requirements & Other Information This role requires Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008; ongoing registration is mandatory. Background checks will be conducted; requirements include criminal, employment, address, social security, motor vehicle, sex offender, and global sanctions checks. Flexible schedule Monday through Saturday, 35–40 hours per week. Standard office equipment will be used (computers, phones, printers, copiers, fax machines, filing cabinets). Position requires manual dexterity, ability to lift files, and light physical tasks.
