Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (New York)
• Experience in pediatric therapy and school-based settings
• Background with Early Childhood, Elementary, or Pediatric caseloads preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to adapt to varying student abilities and tailor interventions accordingly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K–12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per district and regulatory standards
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings as required
• Support classroom integration and provide strategies for classroom communication success
