Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager - TEPEZZA (Ocular) - Seattle, WA

Amgen Inc

Amgen seeks an Account Manager or Specialty Account Manager to represent TEPEZZA in ophthalmology, driving product demand and managing territory accounts in the Seattle and Anchorage regions. The role combines sales responsibility with account management coordination across field teams and healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive territory business plans to achieve annual sales goals
Promote TEPEZZA within approved labeling and regulatory guidelines
Address access, reimbursement, and pull-through issues with key stakeholders
Coordinate with patient services and market access teams to support account needs
Drive product demand through disease state and product education to healthcare professionals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or hospital sales experience (Account Manager)
Doctorate/Master's/Bachelor's degree with 2-10 years account management, sales, and commercial experience (Specialty Account Manager)
Buy-and-bill and biologic/infusion experience strongly preferred
Site of care and reimbursement expertise strongly preferred
Pharma account management selling experience essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
Approximately 80% travel including overnight and weekend commitments
